Official pages publish Australian contact details, service areas, representative prices and a five-year residential parts-and-labour warranty statement, plus parts-availability and technician-support promises. Questions and watch-outs (2 Nov 2026)
Ultra-low EMF and non-toxic glue statements require complete model-level reports and materials evidence. Free delivery and installation apply only within stated geographic limits, with other buyers potentially facing freight or installation arrangements. Installations claim doubled in 19 days (checked 30 Oct 2026)
Internet Archive copies of Nook’s product page from 13 Dec 2025 and 11 Oct 2026 say “over 5,000 installations”. On 30 Oct 2026 the same page says “over 10,000 installations”. We could not find an explanation for the change.
“Low stock: 6 left” on every size
The Core 1, 2 and 3 person pages all show “Low stock: 6 left (install slots filling fast)”, and archive copies show the same “6 left” in Dec 2025 and Oct 2026. In our view this reads as a fixed sales message, not a live stock count.
Pre-sale and moving dates
Nook’s FAQ says it regularly sells out of incoming saunas ahead of time, with a waitlist of 1 to 2 months. On 30 Oct 2026 east coast delivery was quoted as 25 Nov to 10 Dec. Several paid-in-full buyers on Trustpilot describe stock shown as available becoming a backorder, with dates that kept moving (for example one July order moved from August to mid September, then late September, then early October). Ask for a firm delivery date in writing before paying in full.

Return window starts at purchase, not delivery. The refund policy gives “a 30-day window from the date of purchase to initiate a return” and adds a 5% restocking fee. Nook also says it sells incoming stock ahead of arrival, with a 1 to 2 month wait. On those terms, a pre-sale buyer could in our view be past the 30 days before the sauna arrives. Ask Nook to confirm in writing when your return window starts.
“Was” prices on most models. On 2 Nov 2026, 8 of the 11 sauna listings in Nook’s store data carried a higher compare-at price, for example Elite 1 person A$3,199 against A$4,000 and Elite 3 person A$3,899 against A$5,300. We could not confirm that the higher prices were charged for a meaningful period. In our view, compare the selling price, not the saving.
Health wording. Nook’s product pages say infrared saunas “match the frequency of the water in our cells, helping your body expel toxins”. We found no published source for this. Treat it as marketing.
Company records. The seller is HOT STUFF SAUNAS PTY LTD (ABR record), ABN active from 24 Apr 2023, WA 6155. It registered RENT A SAUNA on 25 Apr 2023 and NOOK SAUNAS on 18 Sep 2023. We found no ACCC product safety recall for Nook and no ASIC insolvency notice.
In fairness: Nook publishes model specifications and prices openly, offers metro delivery and installation, gives a 30 day return option that many sauna sellers do not, and its Trustpilot profile is large and mostly positive. We found no recall or insolvency notice.
Deposit and delivery terms (checked 2 Nov 2026)
Nook Saunas’ FAQ says: “We regularly sell-out of our incoming saunas ahead of time. In most cases, a pre-order … will take 4-6 weeks”. We did not find published deposit wording. Nook mentions floor models held “in our warehouses”.
