Rechecked on the live brand site on 27 Oct 2026 (Sydney): the infrared collection showed advertised sale prices from about A$1,899 (K8105) to about A$6,899 (premium ultra-low-EMF models), with the K8106 and H6103 still at A$1,999 and the full-spectrum K8109 FS at A$2,999. The traditional / steam collection showed advertised sale prices from about A$2,999 (1-person indoor Embrace QD-EA2) to about A$10,599 (outdoor LB401), so the earlier ~A$3,599-A$8,999 traditional band is too narrow for the current catalogue. These are promotional product prices and may exclude location-dependent freight, electrician work for Harvia heaters, or installation.

Google location ratings from 7 August 2026 (Seventeen Mile Rocks 4.9/5 from 129; Blackburn 4.9/5 from 163; Lynbrook 5.0/5 from 31) were not re-verified on Maps in this refresh. The residential infrared warranty is still described as five years for structure and parts and one year for labour. The buying guide recommends two people for assembly, while labour service is limited geographically. Traditional / steam models use Harvia heaters that need a licensed electrician.
Checked 31 Oct 2026 (Sydney): Trustpilot showed 4.8 from 132 reviews, all dated 2026 and mostly invited after purchase. ProductReview still showed 4.8 from 75; its negative reviews mention a delivery date that kept moving after an “in stock” sale, slow warranty answers and trouble getting a replacement glass door. We read all 2,277 reviews on the Kylin site (93.9% five star). They look broadly genuine to us, with no sign of AI-written text or stock photos, though about 700 were imported from earlier systems, accessory reviews lift the total, and one photo and text appear twice under two names. The stated 0-0.3mG heating-panel result and “no toxic glue and non-toxic materials” claim are supported only by brand-hosted summaries in the material reviewed. The underlying reports, instruments, distances, detection limits and model or batch scope remain necessary. Outdoor placement must be fully sheltered to preserve warranty coverage.
Claims that changed or conflict (checked 31 Oct 2026): the 1 person K8105 listed “Standard EMF 2-18 mGs” in March and September 2025 archive copies and lists “Low EMF <4mGs” now, still with 6 heaters, and no report is given for either figure. Its “regular price” of A$2,899 (A$2,799 in March 2025) sat beside a A$1,899 selling price in every copy we found. The site also says “Australia’s Top #1 Sauna Brand” and “25k+ Happy Customers” without a source, links sauna use to reduced risk of Alzheimer’s and dementia, and gives different showroom counts on different pages. Returns: 30 days from shipping, 20% fee. Kylin’s refund policy offers “30-days returns or exchanges policy for change of mind”, counted from the shipping date, and says returns “may be subject to a restocking fee of 20% of valued price”. Visible delivery damage must be reported within 2 days.
Standing discounts. On 2 Nov 2026 product cards showed “Up to 33% off” to “Up to 46% off”, and 6 of 28 saunas in the store data had a higher compare-at price (for example OPAL 2 person A$2,399 against A$3,799). Combined with the archive copies above, in our view the “regular price” works as a reference figure.

In fairness: Kylin has traded under the same company since 2019, runs showrooms you can visit, offers a 30 day change of mind option that many sellers do not, and its prices sit at the accessible end of the market.

Kylin’s shipping and returns page lists warehouses in “Blackburn VIC and Hurstville NSW (limited stock)”. We did not find deposit wording; orders appear to be paid in full. In peak promotional periods it asks buyers to “please expect some delays”.
