20 years, 2019, or 2012?. The Revel home page says “20 YEARS OF PROVEN TRUST With 20 years of experience in the Australian market” while its banner says “Thousands of satisfied customers since 2019”. The seller, AUSTRALIAN FITNESS SUPPLIES PTY LTD (ABR record), has had an ABN since 5 Jul 2012 (about 14 years) and registered Revel Wellness as a business name on 25 Jan 2024. We could not find a source for 20 years.
“Was” prices on almost every product. On 2 Nov 2026, 22 of 25 saunas and ice baths in Revel store data had a higher compare-at price, for example Noir 2 person A$2,999 against A$3,499 and the Noir red light add-on A$199 against A$499.
Certification without a number. Revel says its products “carry full SAA Certification”. We found no certificate number on the pages we checked. Ask for it for your model.
Reviews and records. On 2 Nov 2026 Trustpilot showed 4.4 from about 19 to 21 reviews on a merged profile, and ProductReview showed 4.8 from 10. Negative reviews mention a warped door, an ice bath that stopped working after about 2 months and freight issues. We found no ACCC recall and no ASIC insolvency notice.
In fairness: Revel is run by a company that has traded since 2012, it has a Gold Coast base, offers 30 day returns, and reviews often praise its sales and after sales staff.
Deposit and delivery terms (checked 2 Nov 2026)
Revel Saunas’ terms and conditions say: “A 30% deposit is required to hold stock.” and “All deposits made for pre-orders are fully refundable.” Its FAQ explains that “‘Back in Stock’ dates displayed on our pre-order products update as each incoming container sells out.” Revel also says in-stock items are held in state warehouses.
