This page sets out the evidence behind the watch-outs on our Nook Saunas brand profile. Pages on nooksaunas.com.au and the Nook Saunas Trustpilot profile were captured on 30 Oct 2026 (Australia/Sydney). Each screenshot carries the capture date and address in the bar at the top. Where we give a view, it is our opinion based on these records.
1. The installations claim doubled in 19 days
Internet Archive copies of the Nook Core 1 person product page saved on 13 Dec 2025 and on 11 Oct 2026 both say Nook has carried out over 5,000 installations. On 30 Oct 2026 the same page says over 10,000 installations and “10,000+ saunas”. We could not find any explanation for the claim doubling within 19 days.

2. “Low stock: 6 left” on every size
On 30 Oct 2026 the Core 1, 2 and 3 person pages all show the same line: “Low stock: 6 left (install slots filling fast)”. Archive copies of the Core 1 person page from 13 Dec 2025 and 11 Oct 2026 show “Low stock: 6 left” as well. A count that stays at exactly 6 across three products and more than 10 months reads, in our view, as a fixed sales message rather than a live stock count. At the same time the store lets every size be added to the cart.
3. Selling incoming stock ahead of arrival
Nook’s own FAQ says: “We regularly sell-out of our incoming saunas ahead of time. Our waitlist is usually 1-2 months in advance, but we sometimes have sauna spaces free up sooner. In most cases, a pre-order for our saunas will take 4-6 weeks before installation can be completed.”
On the same day the product pages quote Perth 1 to 3 weeks and Adelaide 3 to 4 weeks, but November 25th to December 10th for Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Canberra and Newcastle, which is roughly 4 to 6 weeks away. Buyers on the east coast are in practice paying for stock that has not yet arrived.
4. What paying customers say about dates
The critical reviews on Trustpilot are consistent, and nearly all are about waiting after paying in full:

5. Trustpilot snapshot
On 30 Oct 2026 Nook’s Trustpilot profile shows 4.9 from 824 reviews (804 five star, 7 four, 1 three, 4 two, 8 one). The profile was claimed in Nov 2023, about two months after the first Core products went on sale in Aug and Sep 2023, and Nook pays for a Trustpilot subscription. Of the latest 100 reviews, 69 came through Trustpilot invitations sent by Nook. That is allowed, but invited reviews tend to be more positive than unprompted ones.

The count grows forward over time, and we found no reviews stamped at midnight or dated before Nook was trading. We tried to establish how quickly the first reviews arrived after launch in late 2023, but no archive copy of the Trustpilot page from 2023 or 2024 exists and Trustpilot hides older pages from signed-out visitors, so we cannot verify an early spike either way. By contrast there is no Nook Saunas listing on ProductReview.com.au.
