What we could verify
The official site publishes its current model range, installation process and component-specific warranty summary.
Questions and watch-outs (2 Nov 2026)
Sustainability, safety and health-benefit statements require claim-level evidence review. The visible reviews are hosted by the brand and should not be treated as independent verification.
New checks, last checked 2 Nov 2026. We reviewed the seller’s published policies, store data, ABR and ASIC records, the ACCC recall list and public review sites. Quotes are as published on that date.
Placeholder text on the warranty page. On 2 Nov 2026 the warranty page contact line read “+61 [ WE NEED PHONE NUMBER AY ]”. In our view this suggests the page has not been fully finished.
“5-Year Warranty” with shorter heater cover. The home page advertises a “5-Year Warranty”. The warranty and FAQ give 5 years on the cabinet and cabling, but 2 years on the Harvia heater and controls and 1 year on labour, and one table on the same page lists the Harvia heater at 5 years. Ask which term applies to your heater.
Fees, claims and records. Approved cancellations are subject to “a minimum restocking and administration fee of 15%”. The site says “Australian Safety Certified” without a certificate number, and its benefits section claims “Intense Detoxification”. GLOW SAUNAS PTY LTD (ABR record) has had an ABN since 9 Jun 2025, VIC 3183. We found no Trustpilot or ProductReview listing; Google shows a small number of five star reviews. We found no ACCC recall and no ASIC insolvency notice.
In fairness: Glow uses Harvia heaters, offers installation, states that its warranty is in addition to Australian Consumer Law rights, and its store does not show crossed out “was” prices on its saunas.
Deposit and delivery terms (checked 2 Nov 2026)
Glow Saunas’ terms of service say: “Orders are only confirmed when payment (either in full or by deposit)” is received, and “If a deposit is paid, the balance must be finalised within thirty (30) calendar days of the initial payment.” The deposit percentage was not stated. Its shipping policy says: “All sauna units are custom manufactured to order and are not held in stock”, with delivery in “seven (7) to nine (9) weeks from the date of payment”. The terms (2.6) add: “Delay in delivery shall not entitle the Customer to cancel the order, seek compensation, or withhold payment”.

How we research this brand
Facts on this profile are dated. We prefer primary sources: the brand’s own product and warranty pages, ABN and public Australian contact detail, and independent documents when they exist. “Not independently verified” means we did not find enough evidence for that specific claim. It does not automatically mean the claim is false. Read How Saunas Australia researches sauna brands. Compare peers on Best Sauna Brands in Australia.
