Accuracy and accountability
Corrections policy
We correct material errors promptly and preserve a clear record of substantive changes.
How to request a correction
Please identify the page, the exact statement at issue, why it may be inaccurate, and the primary evidence supporting the requested change. A dedicated public corrections contact will be added before launch.
What happens next
- We acknowledge the request and preserve the material under review.
- We compare the request with the cited evidence and our existing source record.
- We may ask the requester or relevant brand for clarification.
- We correct factual errors, clarify ambiguous wording or update the evidence status where warranted.
- Material corrections receive a visible correction note and review date.
Disagreement is not automatically an error
A correction request may be declined when it asks us to remove accurate, relevant information or replace independent analysis with marketing language. We will record credible contrary evidence and update conclusions when that evidence changes the assessment.
Minor changes
Spelling, formatting and non-substantive clarity edits may be made without a formal correction note. We do not silently alter a material conclusion.
