Heavenly Saunas at a glance
Brand overview
Heavenly Saunas sells traditional wood fired and electric saunas from heavenlysaunas.com.au: Almost Heaven cedar barrel, indoor and cube kits from the USA, Kirami cabins from Finland, Harvia Urban indoor cabins, Harvia heaters and controls, cedar hot tubs and timber ice baths. It does not sell infrared saunas. The site calls itself the national distributor for Almost Heaven, the exclusive Australian stockist of Kirami and a Victorian Harvia dealer. Kirami’s own LinkedIn has named Heavenly as its reseller at the Melbourne Flower Show. We could not check the Almost Heaven or Harvia claims with those makers.
The seller is Heavenly Saunas Australia Pty Ltd, ABN 63 661 709 315 (ABR record), an Australian private company, ACN 661 709 315. The ABN has been active and GST registered since 15 Aug 2022. Its main business location changed from VIC 3152 to VIC 3153 on 25 Mar 2026. The ABN is printed in the terms and conditions. An older ABN, 21 722 449 967 (ABR record), belongs to a family partnership (A Millers, M Millers and C Shaw), active since 31 Jul 2020. It has held the business name Heavenly Saunas Australia since that date, and its GST registration was cancelled on 12 Jun 2024. A Heavenly press release says the business started in 2019 and took the Heavenly name in 2020. The earliest Wayback Machine copy of the site is from 14 Apr 2021. The history lines up. Checked 5 Nov 2026.
People: siblings Mark Millers (assembly), Anna Millers (general enquiries) and Catherine Shaw (design), per the About page and Contact page. Anna Millers has a public LinkedIn profile as director and co-founder, and the business has a LinkedIn company page. We did not buy an ASIC company extract.

Store prices on 5 Nov 2026, GST inclusive, delivery extra. Barrels: Salem A$9,990, Watoga A$11,000, Pinnacle A$12,000, Essex A$13,500, Princeton A$14,500, Seneca A$15,500, Lewisburg A$16,500. Wood fired barrels A$17,250 to A$20,250. Indoor: Logan A$9,000, Auburn A$10,500, Madison A$11,000, Rainelle A$11,500, Grayson A$12,750, Bridgeport A$14,000, Harvia Urban A$15,500. Blackwater cube A$15,250. Kirami cabins: Misty S A$29,950, M Dawn A$28,950, Misty M A$34,950, S Zero solar A$74,500 and M Zero solar A$79,500. None of the 71 products in the store data carried a sale or “was” price.
In April 2021 an archived copy listed the Pinnacle at A$9,990 excluding delivery and installation. It is A$12,000 now, so prices have risen about 20% in five years.
Almost Heaven models are described as certified Western Red Cedar, 1-3/8 inch (about 35mm) staves with no glue or finger joins, tempered glass doors and Harvia heaters. Kirami cabins are thermally treated timber with aspen interiors, double glazed argon filled tinted glass and a Harvia Virta Combi 10.8 kW heater. Ice baths are 15mm Thermowood, although the Black Thermowood listing also says “Western Red Cedar”, which looks like a copy error.
Indoor electric heaters must be hard wired by a licensed electrician. Kirami cabins arrive assembled and need a crane. Installation covers assembly only. The team installs in Victoria and offers virtual help elsewhere. The Kirami page mentions warehouse pickup in Wantirna South.
Warranty: an American promise on an Australian sale
The FAQ says “Each Heavenly Sauna comes with a Limited Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects on all components through Almost Heaven Saunas.” That wording matches Almost Heaven’s own warranty page, which also says “This warranty only applies to saunas residing in the Contiguous United States” and gives Harvia heaters 1 year on elements and 5 years on other heater parts.
Heavenly’s product pages mention “two years on the heater”. Clause 3.3 of the terms says the supplier only passes on the manufacturer’s warranty. No written Australian warranty document was published on the pages we checked. Ask for the warranty terms that apply in Australia, who handles claims and who pays freight on parts, in writing, before paying a deposit. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply regardless. Checked 5 Nov 2026.

Stock: many models on pre-order
On 5 Nov 2026, 11 of the 24 saunas showed “Available on Pre-Order”: Harvia Urban White and Black, Kirami M Zero and S Zero, the Lewisburg and Seneca wood fired barrels, the Grayson, Rainelle and Madison indoor saunas, and the Lewisburg and Seneca barrels. The Harvia Spirit and KIP Black heaters were also on pre-order. No arrival dates were shown. Clause 2.3 of the terms says delivery depends on the supplier getting stock from the manufacturer.

Deposit, payment and delivery terms (checked 5 Nov 2026)
Online checkout takes card through Square and WooPayments, and Zip. The terms define the deposit as a percentage of the price “as specified in the Invoice”, and clause 4.2 says it is paid “(if any)” in advance. No deposit percentage is published. Clause 5.1 lets you cancel and get the deposit back only within seven days of paying it. After that the deposit “and any other payment made is non-refundable”. Clause 5.2 says deposits on Special Orders are never refundable. If the supplier cannot supply, clause 5.4 says it will refund what you paid.
Risk passes to you on delivery or full payment, whichever comes first (clause 2.8). Clause 2.9 says the supplier is not liable for damage in transit when a third party carrier is used. Clause 10.1 excludes implied warranties “to the extent” the law allows, next to an Australian Consumer Law statement in clause 3.1. Freight is quoted separately.
What this means for you: on a pre-order, a deposit becomes non-refundable a week after you pay it, even though no delivery date is given. Ask for the deposit percentage, the expected arrival date and what happens if it slips, in writing. Insure freight or inspect on arrival, as transit damage risk sits with you.

Heater and electrical certification
We found no SAA, RCM or EESS approval numbers on the Heavenly pages we checked on 5 Nov 2026. Harvia heaters are widely sold in Australia, but ask for the approval number for the exact heater and check it on the EESS national database. We could not reach the EESS search from our research setup this time. These are traditional heaters, so the low EMF claims common with infrared cabins do not apply here.
Marketing transparency
On the plus side, there are no countdown timers, fake “was” prices or sale banners. Prices are published on every product.
Points to weigh: the FAQ copies American text, including an answer about “northern climate” and the “dead of winter”, and the lifetime warranty wording discussed above. Health pages cite figures such as a 40% lower risk of death and a 63% lower risk of sudden cardiac death, drawn from Finnish observational research; these show links, not proof that a sauna caused the result. A July 2025 press release calls the Kirami M Zero the “world’s first” fully solar powered sauna. Kirami’s own release describes the Zero range as off grid capable, but we could not verify the “world’s first” claim.
Reviews evidence
The home page shows a Trustindex widget pulling Google reviews: 5 stars from 56 reviews on 5 Nov 2026. Earlier third party copies showed 5.0 from 23, then 40, then 51, which is steady growth. The dated reviews we could see run from February 2023 to March 2026, with no bursts on one day and no repeated text.
Reddit r/Sauna has owner posts going back to 2022. Two point to delivery problems: one owner said their barrel arrived with the top crushed and an LED strip broken, and another said wrong staves arrived during COVID and were replaced within a week. A glowing July 2026 post from a brand new account was flagged by another user as possibly an advert; we give it little weight.
We found no ProductReview listing with reviews and no Trustpilot profile for this business. The Trustpilot result for “Heavenly Sauna” is a different US company. We could not check Facebook reviews, which need a logged in session.

Complaints, regulators and recalls
We found no ACCC media release, product safety recall or state Fair Trading action naming Heavenly Saunas in our searches, as of 5 Nov 2026. We did not complete an ASIC insolvency notice check. We will update this profile if documented complaints appear.
